Yi lan trip is the one of my destination in Sport Coaching Department Trip in every semester. Lucky me that got a chance to study for PhD program since 2013 in Taipei. Formosa, we call Taiwan like that. There is another way to call this country, and I am very like and always remember the word like " Let's be friends ". Nama Antiaris toxicaria adalah asli Australia, Kamerun, Cina (yang lebih hangat selatan dan timur), Republik Demokratik Kongo, Fiji, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Nigeria, Filipina, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Thailand, Tonga, Uganda dan Vietnam. Nama antiaris berasal langsung dari bahasa Jawa nama untuk itu: ancar (ketinggalan zaman-zaman Belanda ejaan: antjar). Ada beberapa nama botani lain (sinonim): Antiaris africana Engl., Yang Antiaris macrophylla R.Br. dan Antiaris welwitschii Engl Biasanya digunakan nama-nama lokal meliputi: Dalam bahasa Inggris itu dapat disebut kain kulit kayu pohon, antiaris, iroko palsu, palsu mvule atau pohon upas. In baseball, pitching biomechanics starts when the pitcher does set to wind up, and stride, then arm cocking, acceleration & deceleration, and follow through. Injuries due to errors in the biomechanics of pitching are commonly happened. The most frequent injuries reported and identified is in the upper extremities such as shoulder and elbow injuries. Education and protection are two key concepts in baseball injury prevention. The best time to try to prevent pitching injuries is at the beginning of a pitcher's career, when good pitching mechanics and good pitching habits can be developed, that mean pitcher can increase the skill to the next level.
