Yi lan trip is the one of my destination in Sport Coaching Department Trip in every semester. Lucky me that got a chance to study for PhD program since 2013 in Taipei. Formosa, we call Taiwan like that. There is another way to call this country, and I am very like and always remember the word like " Let's be friends ". Comprehensive Pitching Biomechanics and Injury Prevention for Young Baseball Pitchers-A review

Fajar Awang Irawan, Long-Ren Chuang Semarang State University, Indonesia Chinese Culture University, Taiwan (R.O.C) Abstract Baseball pitching injuries are common. In baseball, pitching biomechanics starts when the pitcher does set to wind up, and stride, then arm cocking, acceleration & deceleration, and follow through. Injuries due to errors in the biomechanics of pitching are commonly happened. The most frequent injuries reported and identified is in the upper extremities such as shoulder and elbow injuries. Education and protection are two key concepts in baseball injury prevention. The best time to try to prevent pitching injuries is at the beginning of a pitcher's career, when good pitching mechanics and good pitching habits can be developed, that mean pitcher can increase the skill to the next level. Filosofi Lagu Gundul Gundul Pacul

Filosofi dari Lagu "Gundul Gundul Pacul" Gundul gundul pacul merupakan lagu daerah yang sangat terkenal, lagu ini berasal dari daerah jawa. Sejak kecil kita sering menyanyikan lagu ini, bukanya tanpa tujuan yang jelas karena biasanya kita menyanyikan lagu ini hanya untuk bersenang senang atau bahkan hanya untuk bercanda. Tahukah kita bahwa sebenarnya lagu ini mempunyai makna yang sangat dalam. Sejarah menceritakan bahwa lagu ini diciptakan sekitar tahun 1400an oleh Sunan Kalijaga. Beliau menggambarkan syair ini dengan makna yang sangat mulia terutama kepada umat manusia. Dengan menyanyikan lagu ini harapannya agar kita  selalu ingat akan arti sebenarnya apa yang ingin di sampaikan oleh beliau. 'Gundul' adalah kepala plontos/botak tanpa rambut.  Kepala adalah lambang kehormatan, kemuliaan seseorang.  Rambut adalah mahkota yang melambangkan keindahan kepala.  Jadi arti dari 'gundul' adalah kehormatan tanpa mahkota.
